by Mr. Shekarappa G. Chindi, the company has achieved the sales volume
of Rs. 3.5 crore. The products manufactured by the company are renowned
for their durability and ease of operations. All the products marketed
under the brand "BHARAT" have uniform operation functionality in all
the weather and climatic conditions making them compatible to be used
in various parts of the country, irrespective of geographical or

Quality
Supreme quality is given vital importance at Bharat Metal Industries at
every stage of manufacturing. Right from the procurement of raw
material, stringent quality control parameters are prescribed by the
management in compliance with our in-house quality control department.
All the finished products like disc harrows, disc
ploughs, etc. are checked on several quality aspects including tests like bend testing (a procedure to
determine soundness and toughness of metal), compression testing
(to assess the material's ability to withstand compressive loads), tensile test (to check the resistance of a material to a
static or slowly applied force), etc. Finally, a thorough investigation is done to check the mechanical,
metal or product failure during the operation, transportation or
storage.
Infrastructure
Bharat Metal Industries has a state of the art manufacturing unit. We
have a fully networked unit (2000 sq. ft. area) having ultra modern machines to assist our staff. The management has added two more manufacturing units and also ventured into body building of tipper, 40 ft. long chassis for containers, vehicle carriers. Our network system is uploaded with information about the kind of
task to be performed, the machine and the materials to be used besides other vital information related to the task. The company's remarkable
standards in designing the products is renowned in the industry. High precision methods are adopted during the production by our skilled
and dedicated staff including engineers, designers, technicians, amongst others.
